1. -Machine Introduction
The main function of vacuum packaging machine is removing the oxygen so as to prevent food from deteriorating. Because the mildew of food materials is mainly caused by the activities of microorganisms, and most microorganisms (such as molds and yeasts) need oxygen to survive.
Vacuum packaging machine works with the principle that to pump out the oxygen from the packaging bags, so that microorganisms lose their vitality.
The results show that:
When the oxygen concentration in the packaging bag is less than 1%, the growth and reproduction rate of microorganisms will drop sharply. When the oxygen concentration is less than 0.5%, most microorganisms will be inhibited and stop breeding.
